The Association of Les Clefs d’Or plays a crucial role in supporting Concierges in every corner of the world, offering a structured network beneficial to the concierges, thus we can operate effectively and can provide assistance to our colleagues worldwide with suggestions, recommendations and access to several resources.

Through countless contacts, the Concierges are able to get privileged access to exclusive sites otherwise closed to the public. This is made possible also thank to the knowledge shared amongst the concierges and the support that we offer one another. State of the art technologies and channels of communication of last generation bring to our fingertips any kind of information in real time.

 

It goes without saying that the Concierges are delighted to provide service to the guests with transparency, honesty and respect since we are convinced that these are the values at the foundation of a lifelong relationship.
